This Privacy Policy describes how DivorceQuik, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ("DivorceQuik," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information you provide through the DivorceQuik service.
What we collect
We collect the information you enter into our questionnaire (including your name, contact details, marital information, and the financial and parenting information needed to prepare your forms), your email address, and the payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not store your payment-card number — Stripe handles all card data.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to generate your documents and to send you the access link to retrieve your case. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except (a) Stripe for payment processing, (b) our transactional-email provider to deliver your access link, and (c) where required by law.
Storage and retention
Your case data is encrypted at rest and stored on secure servers in the United States. We retain your case for 12 months after completion so you can re-download your documents, then permanently delete it. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing info@divorcequik.com.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it. Email info@divorcequik.com with your request.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF) to keep you logged into your case. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
