What's not included
- $200 Nebraska court filing fee. Paid directly to the district court when you file. The same amount statewide.
- Service of process. Free if your spouse signs a Voluntary Appearance. Roughly $30–$50 if the sheriff serves them.
- Parenting class (with-children cases). About $40–$80 per parent, paid to an approved provider.
- Certified copies of the decree. Typically $5–$10 from the clerk.

Pricing FAQ
Are there any subscriptions or recurring charges?+
No. DivorceQuik is a single flat payment — $750 with no children or $1,500 with children. You pay once when you create your packet, and there are no subscriptions or hidden fees.
What if my situation changes from no-children to with-children during the process?+
Contact us and we'll help you move to the with-children packet. You only pay the difference in price between the two plans.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Not currently. If the packet isn't affordable for you, the alternative is filing pro se using the free Nebraska Judicial Branch forms — our How to File guide walks you through that process.
What is your refund policy?+
You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as your documents have not been generated yet. Once your documents are generated the work is complete, so the purchase is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
